Manufactured Housing Institute Selects Monroe & Giordano as 2012 Mortgage Broker of the Year

Monroe & Giordano, LLC (M&G) located in Tampa, FL has been named the Manufactured Housing Institute's (MHI) 2012 Mortgage Broker of the Year. MHI presented the award April 12th at the 2012 National Congress and Expo for Manufactured and Modular Housing in Las Vegas.

"Monroe & Giordano plays a critical role in the land-lease community sector of our industry, providing much needed financing and educational resources," said a MHI spokesman of Manufactured Housing Institute. "Its dedication to serving the industry's community lending needs for more than 20 years, and assisting MHI through the expertise and knowledge of its executives, is invaluable. We are fortunate to have Monroe & Giordano actively involved in the manufactured housing industry."

M&G arranges financing for manufactured home communities nationwide through its correspondent lending programs. M&G has originated more than 2 billion $$ in manufactured home community loans since its inception in 1993.

The MHI Lender of the Year award is an annual award decided by the MHI members. Each member/company receives one vote.
