Monroe & Giordano Arrange $2,830,000 Financing on Indiana Manufactured Home Community to Facilitate Purchase

Tampa, Florida—Monroe & Giordano, a Tampa-based mortgage company, arranged through its national lending sources a permanent loan of $2,830,000 on The Willows Manufactured Home Community in Goshen, Indiana. The property is located approximately 25 miles southwest of South Bend. The purchase price for the community was $3,775,000.

The Willows Manufactured Home Community is a high-quality retirement community, built in 1998, which contains 147 sites on 51.18 acres with approximately 131 double wide homes currently in place. Water and sewer are provided by the city. Amenities include a clubhouse, putting green, security gate, management apartment, RV storage, and shuffleboard.
